1. General Termsㅤ◉ I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
ㅤ◉ All commissioned works are for personal and monetized content only unless otherwise agreed upon.
ㅤ◉ Communication will be conducted via email or your preferred social media platform.
ㅤ◉ Please provide clear visual references and detailed descriptions of your desired piece. If you'd like me to create the design for you, there’s a +40% design fee.
ㅤ◉ Prices may vary depending on complexity, number of characters, or special requests.
ㅤ2. Paymentㅤ◉ All prices are listed in USD.
ㅤ◉ Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal.
ㅤ◉ Full payment is required upfront after sketch is approved unless otherwise agreed upon.
ㅤ◉ Once the sketch has been approved, refunds will not be issued.
ㅤ◉ Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the commission.
ㅤ3. Process & Deliveryㅤ◉ I will confirm your commission request prior to starting the project.
ㅤ◉ The artwork resolution will generally be (3000 x 4000 px), though this may vary slightly depending on the piece.
ㅤ◉ A sketch will be provided for your approval before further progress; one full revision is allowed at this stage.
ㅤ◉ Progress updates will be shared at key stages (sketch, line art, coloring, final).
ㅤ◉ Sketches and work-in-progress images will initially be sent in low resolution and watermarked form.
ㅤ◉ Final artwork will be delivered as a 300 DPI PNG file unless another format or resolution is requested.
ㅤ◉ For an additional $8 USD, you may purchase the PSD file of your commission.
ㅤ◉ Deadlines must be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
ㅤ◉ Typical turnaround time ranges from 1–5 weeks, depending on the type of work and my current queue.
ㅤ◉ I will always strive to complete your commission promptly, but unforeseen delays may occur. In such cases, I will inform you as soon as possible.
ㅤ4. Revisionsㅤ◉ One major revision is permitted at the sketch stage.
ㅤ◉ Up to three minor revisions are allowed after the sketch has been approved.
ㅤ◉ Major changes (such as pose, background, or outfit redesign) requested after the sketch stage may incur additional fees.
ㅤ◉ Once the final piece has been approved, no further major edits will be made.
ㅤ◉ Any additional fees will depend on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.
ㅤ5. Usage & CopyrightArtist’s Rights
ㅤ◉ I retain all rights to the artwork as the original creator.
ㅤ◉ I reserve the right to post, display, and include the artwork in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
ㅤ◉ My signature or watermark must not be removed, and the artwork must not be claimed as your own.
ㅤ◉ Proper credit and a link/tag to my profile must be included whenever the commissioned work is shared or displayed.Client’s Rights
ㅤ◉ You may use the commissioned artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile icons, wallpapers, banners, or stream overlays).
ㅤ◉ Commercial merchandising usage (such as for merchandise, games, or comics) requires the purchase of a commercial license, charged at 200% of the original price. Credit is still required when used commercially.
ㅤ◉ If you wish for your commission to remain private and unpublished, please notify me beforehand.Clients are prohibited from:
ㅤ◉ Claiming the artwork as their own.
ㅤ◉ Removing my signature or watermark.
ㅤ◉ Altering or painting over the artwork without permission.
ㅤ◉ Coloring in my sketches or lineart.
ㅤ◉ Using the artwork in NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, or AI-related technologies.
ㅤ◉ Reproducing or selling the artwork commercially without purchasing the appropriate rights.
ㅤ6. Refunds & Cancellationsㅤ◉ Before work begins: a full refund is available.
ㅤ◉ After sketch approval: no refunds will be given.
ㅤ◉ If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
ㅤ7. Deadlines & Deliveryㅤ◉ Please communicate any specific deadlines before payment is made.
ㅤ◉ Rush commissions may incur an additional fee.
ㅤ◉ I am not responsible for delays caused by a lack of client communication.
ㅤ◉ Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the work.
ㅤ8. Communication & Conductㅤ◉ Respectful communication is expected throughout the process.
ㅤ◉ Rude, harassing, or demanding behavior will result in immediate termination of the commission without refund.
ㅤ9. NSFW Commissionsㅤ◉ NSFW commissions are available only to clients aged 18 or older. By requesting such a commission, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
ㅤ◉ I reserve the right to decline any explicit content that I am not comfortable with.
ㅤ◉ Prohibited subjects include: underage characters, non-consensual acts, hate content, or any illegal material.
